Designed and built as the golf course for the private Wollaston Golf Club, Presidents still shows the fascinating bones, bunkering, and playing corridors of an exclusive golf course. Just over the Neponset Bridge from Boston, this affordable option boasts far better views of the city than Granite Links, and a litany of golf holes ranging from quirky to downright diabolical. The entire course is draped across the crown of one massive hill, and 17 of the 18 holes are influenced by this drumlin in some way. Scoreable if your short game is on, but hellish if you’re long and wild - Presidents is pure fun.
